Information about your photography session:
Family Session fee: $150
Senior or Portrait Shoot: $100

The session consists of 1-2 hours of photography time with your immediate family, and does not include any extended family members. The fee also provides for the following: travel within 20 miles of Oxford for the session; digital processing for 30-50 of the best images from your session; and an online gallery posted within 2 weeks of your session (password protected).

Please note that the session fee is nonrefundable. However, in cases of inclement weather or illness, the session may be rescheduled to the next available and suitable opening.

Being a busy wife and mother of 3 children, I only schedule a limited number of sessions each month. During peak seasons my schedule fills quickly so it is best to schedule early.

Goals
One thing I should mention is that I am not a traditional portrait photographer. (If you're looking for this type of photograph, there are others I can recommend who specialize in studio portraits.) My goal is to try and capture WHO you or your loved ones are, and NOT just what you look like. Come to your photo session ready to connect with those you love. That's what I hope to capture... images that are true to life.

I particularly enjoy photographing children, and I love it when they can feel free to play during the session. I'll hope to document a little of their personality at this unique time in life, and to capture the beauty and light in their eyes.

My sessions are typically very relaxed, as I want this to be a very enjoyable time for everyone involved.
Location
All of my photography sessions are shot on location, typically outdoors, due to the beauty of available natural lighting. This location will be agreed upon at the time your session is reserved.

What to wear
This is one of the most common questions that arise when planning a photography session. Keep it simple: dress your children in comfortable clothes. When thinking about colors, use colors in your home. Avoid the tendency to dress everyone alike. In general, for families, I recommend wearing rich and saturated colors, as they photograph beautifully!!!
